LEGislatING BREXIT
As part of adapting our data model and editorial conventions to cover more modern, Parliamentary processes, we are modelling the work of Parliament on Brexit-related legislation, with a view to examining such issues as the use of Parliamentary time, the breach of usual Parliamentary conventions as part of the legislative processes that created the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018, and the role of the speaker, committee chairs, and business managers in affecting the outcome of the legislative process.
